Please note these Terms and Conditions apply to Unearth Europe (7–10 October 2026)

This Agreement is entered into between Content Cocktails Ltd, trading as CoCoA H2H (“CoCoA H2H”), and the exhibiting organisation (“the Exhibitor”).

Unearth is an initiative operated by CoCoA H2H.

1. DEFINITIONS

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words shall have the following meanings unless the context otherwise requires:

1.1 “Unearth” means face-to-face, appointment-led events held between buyers and suppliers in different locations, operated by CoCoA H2H.

1.2 “Unearth Team” means the employees of CoCoA H2H or appointed third-party contractors acting on its behalf.

1.3 “Event” means Unearth Europe (7–10 October 2026) or any other event operated by CoCoA H2H.

1.4 “Hosted Buyer” means the person accepted by CoCoA H2H who will attend the Event as a buyer of high-end travel products, where complimentary accommodation, transfers, meals and experiences are provided by CoCoA H2H.

1.5 “Pre-Scheduled Appointment System” means the appointment system operated by CoCoA H2H to coordinate appointments between Hosted Buyers and participating suppliers during the Event.

1.6 “Suppliers” means high-end suppliers who have contracted with CoCoA H2H to participate in the Event.

1.7 “CoCoA H2H” means Content Cocktails Ltd trading as CoCoA H2H, or any associated, parent or subsidiary company.

2. CONDUCT OF HOSTED BUYERS

2.1 Should their application to join the Event be successful, Hosted Buyers will receive from CoCoA H2H:

a) Up to three nights’ accommodation including breakfast, lunch and dinner, excluding extras including room service, telephone calls and in-room drinks, which are payable by the Hosted Buyer

b) Return airport transfers to the host hotel in the destination where the Event is held, on official arrival and departure dates only, subject to receipt of flight information no less than two weeks prior to the Event

c) Entry to the full Unearth programme

d) Pre-scheduled appointments on Event networking days

e) Entry to all official meals, networking events and social activities organised by CoCoA H2H in relation to the Event

2.2 As a condition of receiving the above services, Hosted Buyers agree to:

a) Actively participate in the Pre-Scheduled Appointment Programme, including selecting appointment preferences within the specified timeframe

b) Attend all meetings and networking sessions scheduled by the Unearth Team and included in their confirmed Event diary

c) Wear suitable smart-casual attire as a condition of participation

d) Arrive at the Event destination no later than 11.00pm on the official Arrival Day

2.3 Failure to comply with the above may result in review of Hosted Buyer status and/or exclusion from the Hosted Buyer Programme and future CoCoA H2H programmes without refund. A significant shortfall in appointment attendance shall be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. Attendance will be monitored on site by the Unearth Team.

3. HEALTH & SAFETY (INCLUDING COVID-19)

3.1 CoCoA H2H takes the health and safety of Hosted Buyers and suppliers seriously. Hosted Buyers must not attend the Event if they or anyone they live with displays symptoms including fever, continuous cough, or loss of taste or smell.

3.2 CoCoA H2H reserves the right to refuse entry to any person displaying such symptoms.

3.3 CoCoA H2H may require Hosted Buyers to comply with reasonable health and safety measures in place at the time of the Event, including testing or vaccination requirements.

3.4 Hosted Buyers acknowledge the inherent risk associated with participation in in-person events and agree to attend subject to that risk.

4. TRAVEL & ACCOMMODATION

4.1 Hosted Buyers must provide travel details to the Unearth Team no later than two weeks prior to the Event. Arrival must be no later than 11.00pm on Arrival Day.

4.2 CoCoA H2H will provide return airport transfers from the designated airport to the host hotel on Arrival and Departure Days only.

4.3 CoCoA H2H will provide up to three nights’ accommodation at the host hotel during official Event dates only.

4.4 Any additional nights, upgrades or incidental costs are payable directly by the Hosted Buyer.

5. CANCELLATION & REPLACEMENTS

5.1 Hosted Buyer invitations are non-transferable. Replacement by a senior colleague from the same organisation may be permitted subject to written approval by CoCoA H2H.

5.2 Hosted Buyers may cancel without penalty up to 45 days prior to the Event start date. Cancellations received within 45 days will incur a fee of £450, plus recovery of incurred costs including accommodation, transfers, meals, experiences and supplier meeting losses.

5.3 All cancellations must be received in writing and acknowledged by the Unearth Team.

5.4 A significant shortfall in appointment attendance will be treated as a cancellation and will incur a fee of £1,500 inclusive of VAT.

5.5 No-shows will incur a fee of £450 inclusive of VAT.

5.6 Cancellation and no-show fees are payable within 30 days of invoice issue.

6. EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY

6.1 CoCoA H2H accepts no responsibility for missed flights, travel disruption, insolvency of suppliers, visa issues, baggage loss or refusal of entry.

6.2 Hosted Buyers must obtain adequate travel, medical and cancellation insurance.

6.3 CoCoA H2H shall not be liable for force majeure events beyond its reasonable control.

6.4 CoCoA H2H reserves the right to reschedule or relocate the Event.

6.5 CoCoA H2H’s total liability shall not exceed £500, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

7. GENERAL

7.1 Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Decisions of CoCoA H2H are final.

7.2 These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties.

7.3 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
